Your Advocate accompanied a friend to Matteson Auto Mall to purchase a vehicle from Nissan dealership.
While sitting and waiting, Your Advocate obtained a better deal ($10,000 less) somewhere else for the same car Nissan dealership was offering.
This lower deal was presented to Nissan dealership and they were forced to honor this lower cost. However, due to their anger about their tricks being uncovered that their hand being forced, the dealership decided to swap cars and brought out lower-trim car attempting to deceive the friend.
We refused to accept the deception, made the dealership aware of the obvious switch of vehicles, and the dealership reluctantly corrected the vehicle the friend was purchasing.
