At Your Advocate, Inc., we empower senior citizens by offering comprehensive Power of Attorney (POA) services for property management. The rate is per document. Documents are prepared using information provided by the signer, and proper execution and notarization are facilitated. All signers must present valid, unexpired identification. Standard orienting questions will be used to determine the signer’s ability to execute these documents.
