Mobile Notary

Service Description

At Your Advocate, Inc., we offer specialized senior mobile notary services designed to meet the unique needs of older adults. The rate is $20 travel fee PLUS $10 per document. All signers must present valid, unexpired identification. Documents will not be notarized for individuals with diminished capacity who are unable to effectively communicate their understanding of what they are signing. Standard orienting questions will be used to determine the signer’s ability to execute documents.
