Our team ensures that your property documents are accurate and free from fraud, empowering you to maintain ownership with confidence. The rate is per property search. This service confirms and verifies the date of the most recent property transaction recorded in Cook, Will, or Lake Counties only.

All signers must present valid, unexpired identification. Documents will not be notarized for individuals with diminished capacity who are unable to effectively communicate their understanding of what they are signing.
